Yunokuni Tensyo is a Japanese-style hotel with 156 guest rooms and large bath areas with different atmospheres. All three large bath areas are available for men and women alternately by time, offering the guests 18 different types of bath to chose from during their one-night stay. The hotel is located within the Yamashiro Onsen hot spring area, which has about 1,300 years of history, at the Kaga Onsen resort in the Hokuriku district.

Check in procedures can be taken earlier than 15:00, however rooms are available only from 15:00. (Luggage can be kept at the front desk beforehand.)
Last check-in time is 18:00.
If you arrive at the hotel later than scheduled, please make sure to contact the hotel.
We may cancel the reservation if there is no contact from the guest even after the expected arrival time.

*For international guests who do not have a registered address in Japan, we take a copy of your passport. Please be understanding of that beforehand.

Check-out is at 10:00.
Please bring your room key and settle at the front desk.
Please take note that we may charge you extension fees if you check out after 10:00.

Meal time is from 18:00 to 19:00.
Meal time is up to 2 hours. Finish time of meal service is at 21:00.

Breakfast

Meal time is from 7:15 to 8:00.
(Time will be partially changed during summer)
The usage time is up to 1 hour, finish time of meal service is at 9:00.

For both dinner and breakfast, we cannot provide meals after the latest time. Please be understanding of that beforehand.

Room cleaning for consecutive nights

A cleaning staff will enter the room from 10:00 in the morning.
If you wish for cleaning, please hang the “Souji shite kudasai. / Clean Up Please” tag at your door (corridor side). Please note that we will call for confirmation if the tag is not hanged after 10:00.
If you stay in your room after 10:00 in the morning, please hang the “Okosanaide kudasai. / Please Don’t Disturb.” tag at your door (corridor side) or, contact the front desk “extension number 11” in advance.
Please note beforehand that your room won’t be cleaned if the “Okosanaide kudasai. / Please Don’t Disturb.” tag is hanged at your door.
You can ask for room cleaning or bed (futon) making until “11:30 in the morning” the latest.

About visitors

Please meet at the lobby.
In addition, visit time should be until 21:00.
